SALE OF RHINO HORN LEGAL IN RSA

In a very welcome decision, the Constitutional Court denied DEA the request to appeal against the High Court's decision to legalise the sale of rhino horn in South Africa.  Although this does not mean that rhino horn may be sold internationally, at least it brings some relief for South African game ranchers who would want to sell horn nationally in a legal manner.  Read press release HERE
