SAPS DIRECTIVE RE AMNESTY:  APPLICATION FOR FIREARM NOT ORIGINALLY LICENSED IN YOUR NAME

Dear Member,

You can access the SAPS Directive instructing all DFOs to accept applications as was ordered in the Court Order, which Martin Hood was able to secure on this and other matters HERE

This is an important Directive as all DFOs are instructed to accept applications for new firearm licences under the amnesty from the person handing in the firearm even if there is no record of the firearm on the police system.

Please do not let your DFO bully you - take both the above documents with you if you want to try an licence a firearm under your name under the amnesty.
